Environmental Action Committee of West Marin

A redesign completed in 2006 enables members and general community to access and monitor current projects and issues that EAC is advocating. Also allows for online memberships and donations.

We redesigned this website in 2005 to accomodate, facilitate and reflect the tremendous growth this vital organization has experienced.

We enhanced the website's visuals with the addition of rich sidebar graphics and a streamlined aesthetic. New aspects of the website include a Featured Farm, highlighting one farmer member at random each time a visitor arrives at the home page, scrolling drop-down menus, and a section devoted to the recent visit of Prince Charles. We are currently working on an online photo gallery as part of our ongoing collaboration with Marin Organic.

Her website reflects the clarity of her ideas and the green policies of this candidate for town council. She won, and is now engaged in carrying out her vision for Fairfax--nestled against the side of Mount Tamalpais!

The website features endorsements, an updatable events and appearances section, links to articles both by and about Mary Ann Maggiore, her statements and a "life in pictures" section that let people glimpse the "real" Mary Ann.

Beautiful images of her paintings and sculpture made this website design easy to create.

An interactive map serves as the home page for this summer-long, bay area-wide exhibition, including art, performance and film, and featuring over 50 artists. "Mousing over" the numbers on the map reveals a "pop-up" window giving information about that exhibit and its venue. Each number links to a page of example art, which in turn offers the opportunity to view enlargements of the images.

This project was a collaborative effort between Judi Pettite of JFK University and Lisa Thompson of DuckDog Design, funded by Meadowsweet Dairy and hosted by Green Museum.

Jon Fernandez' designs are elegant and graceful. The task of this website was to stand back and let the images do the work.

Rick's vision was strong from the beginning of the development process. Working together, we built a site that reflects his eclectic sensibilities with a blend of his fine etchings and his exquisite wordplay: aphorisms, light verse and art reviews. The site has quickly gathered a following due to his monthly newsletters and well-read blog.

This exchange allows members of the West Marin community to freely exchange goods, announce events, recycle unneeded household items, and post ads for virtually any need. The logo is based on the Persian Water Wheel.

We used a spare design that allows the minimalist beauty of Patsy Kreb's work come through. A simple site, yet elegant.
